Filming at
Jim's Pizza & The Lookout Restaurant

Since 2004, a number of different productions have been filmed in and around Jim's Pizza & the Lookout Restarant. Both of our dining rooms, our kitchen, our parking lot and the outside of our building have been used extensively to stand in for any number of different locations.

Eve's Christmas (2004)
with Elisa Donovan, Cheryl Ladd, Sebastian Spence

A wealthy and successful career woman gets a second chance in life when a magical wish transports her back in time eight years to when she walked away from her fiance to lead a business life in New York.

Home for the Holidays (2005)
with Sean Young, Perry King, Lucia Walters

A single woman assumes responsibility for her now orphaned niece and two nephews. As she struggles to keep the children together, she learns the power company is foreclosing on the childrens’ home, and social services says her small cabin is not large enough for a family of four. With only days until Christmas, something must be done or she’ll lose the children to foster homes.

Truth (2005)
with Dean Cain, Stephanie Zimbalist, Thea Gill

When a female reporter is killed while investigating a story, her best friend from college and her former journalism professor make the resolution to retrace her steps and solve her murder.

Singing Home The Bones: A Poet Becomes Himself (2006)

Documentary about Canadian poet Greg Schofield billed as a study in the transfiguration of a personality– through the fusion of two spiritual paths. Much of Greg's early works were written in the dining room at Jim's Pizza, which he revisits almost 20 years later.

Veiled Truth (2006)
with Emmanuelle Vaugier, Bruce Ramsay

A stylish, suspenseful thriller about a former prostitute who's pimp gets out of jail looking for her after spending a number of years locked up. She has an upper-middle class loving politician-husband and family, and none of them have any inkling of her past life. AKA What Comes Around in the US.

My Neighbor's Keeper (2007)
with Laura Harring, Linden Ashby

Another TV thriller, this one is about a woman who may not be as generous as she seems when she takes in the children of her mysteriously murdered neighbour.


Rampage (2008)
with Matt Frewer

A man with a thirst for revenge builds a full body armor from Kevlar and goes on a killing spree.


Do You Know Me? (2008)
with Jeremy London

A recent graduate seems to have it all, until she comes across a milk carton with a picture of a missing child that looks a lot like her. She soon realizes that it just may be her.


Sight Unseen (2009)
with Tracey Gold

This TV thriller follows a police officer in search of a killer.


Past Lies (2008)

A regular, suburban mother mom lives a perfect life until a visit from the FBI threatens to drag her back into a criminal past.


Love at the Thanksgiving Day Parade (2012)

In this Hallmark movie of the week, a parade organizer must show a wealthy developer the true meaning of Thanksgiving.


Cameos etc.
